Shipping

Free shipping is offered with a minimum order amount  NT$2000 per order, or a logistics processing fee of NT$150 will be charged. This shipping charge will not change depending on the region, floor, and product size. We only provide delivery services in Taiwan area (excluding Kinmen, Mazu, outlying islands and overseas). Persons overseas or outlying islands please provide a delivery address in Taiwan.

The delivery period is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. Delivery on Saturday is available in some areas.
Please note that the delivery date is subject to the actual delivery operation and delivery status may not be able to check.

In case of cancellation of order, rejection of delivery of goods, return entire/part of order items after delivery, etc., the freight will not be refunded.
